Our Experience
PSP is a NEW Company with highly experienced technicians who have the ability to rapidly verify the root cause of your AOG or can inspect and repair your Pratt & Whitney Canada powerplant. Originating from two technicians with extensive backgrounds in aviation, maintenance, and engine repair, who take great pride in providing quality maintenance solutions with the standards our customers require. Our main goal is focusing on quality, safety, and cost effectiveness while achieving customer satisfaction and on time service.
Luis Castillo, CEO of the company, has 29 years of experience in aircraft and engine inspections and repairs, 8 years of United States Marine Corp F18A experience and 21 years as a Pratt & Whitney Canada Lead technician, with extensive engine teardown, repair, and troubleshooting knowledge.

PSP is capable of complying with PW610, PW615, and PW617 OEM schedule inspections and unscheduled. We can trouble-shoot engine faults and repair as needed. A.G.B. seals replacements and components R&I. Engine removal and installations with ground run checks. Comply with engine F.O.D. inspections and repair if needed. Our technician can provide pre-buy (ECS) bore-scope inspections and Low Utilization bore-scope inspection with measurement capabilities.
PW500 Series
PSP is capable of complying with PW530, PW535, and PW545 OEM schedule inspections and unscheduled. We can trouble-shoot engine faults and repair. A.G.B. repairs limited to P&WC E.M.M. limitations with component R&I. Engine removal and installations with ground run checks. Comply with engine F.O.D. inspections and repair if needed. Our technician can provide pre-buy (ECS) bore-scope inspections and Low Utilization bore-scope inspection with measurement capabilities.
